Patent and trademark notices have been applied to all of Vunder Brands LLC ("Vunder") products and packaging to inform the trade that appropriate steps have been taken to protect its intellectual property (IP).
We invest in some of the best intellectual property enforcement available and have a global reach at all levels of trade channels, including manufacturing, import-export, customs, distribution, and retail.
Vunder aggressively protects its IP rights; including: injunctions to stop sales of infringing products, impounding and destroying infringing products, seeking substantial monetary damages (up to 3X damages), as well as legal fees and costs.
