WARRANTY INFORMATION
Vunder Brands, LLC ("Vunder") warranty obligations for the Vunder product you have just purchased (the "Product") are limited to the terms set forth in this document. Vunder warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for the entirety of the products life. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Vunder, at its option, Vunder will replace the Product with a functionally equivalent new product in exchange for the damaged product's return. Vunder warrants replacement Products provided hereunder against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of replacement for 1 year. If the Product is exchanged, the replacement becomes your property and the Product becomes Vunder's property. When a refund is given, the Product becomes Vunder's property.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to these Terms & Conditions, this Website, or any products or services sold or distributed by or through this Website, will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to the Terms & Conditions. We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
Vunder's limited warranty applies only to the Product. The warranty does not apply to any non-Vunder product, even if packaged or sold with the Product. This warranty applies only to the normal use of the Product, normal wear and tear excepted, in accordance with written use instructions, if any, provided with the Product (either in writing or through a hyperlink to such instructions). This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the Product.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by the law, this warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies, and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. Vunder specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If Vunder cannot lawfully disclaim or exclude implied warranties under applicable law, then to the extent possible any claims under such implied warranties shall expire on expiration of the warranty period. No Vunder reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

www.vunder.com is the only official Vunder website. Any other website claiming to be an official Vunder website is fraudulent and in violation of international trademark laws. Vunder does not offer its merchandise for sale through individuals, street vendors, or unauthorized retailers.

INTENDED USE
Vunder products were designed to be used for specific purposes. Vases were made for floral arrangements. Candle holders were made to display appropriately sized candles. Decorative bowls were made to display decorative accents. Therefore, customers are urged to use their products for appropriate uses and denies any fault in accidents where products are used inappropriately. Specifically, the use of lit candles in products that were not specifically designed to display them (such as vases and decorative bowls), is considered and unintended use of the product and the customer assumes all liability as it pertains to bodily harm or property damage as a result of a fire.
